Prescreen:

Consultants can provide a “quick review” of medical records and assist in determining the next course of action leading to case resolution. These services can be performed on site or in our office.

Document Organization:

Our consultants can organize the medical records chronologically, either by date or provider, per client preference. This process identifies missing records that may be important to a case.  Pertinent diagnostic studies can be identified, retrieved, and reviewed.

Summaries:

A case summary of the entire collection of medical records can be authored. This summary provides an organized overview of the history, treatment, inconsistencies in records, areas of concern, missing records, and if needed, recommendations for the most appropriate medical expert. In addition, these summaries can significantly reduce the expense for a medical expert when referrals, Records Reviews, or IMEs occur.

Facilitating Physician Relations:

Our nurses have working relationships with a wide variety of physician experts who are experienced in specialized services such as Record Reviews and IMEs.

Additional Services:

A broad range of healthcare audits can be performed. We can clarify if changes relate to specific inquires in question and also facilitate scheduling of a medical service.
